This is a beautiful vintage quarter sawed oak map cabinet, circa 1900. It has raised panels, and eleven drawers all together. It measures 34" tall x 42" wide x 27" deep and is in great condition.

A rare and wonderful American doll or child's bench, with a shaped crest rail over 3 spindles and a plank seat, with 6 turned legs. The crest rail and the seat are decorated with polychrome free-hand flowers...

Rare, early 18th century red lacquered wood chinoiserie, double bonnet top, cabinet on stand. Gold lacquer decoration of figures in garden landscapes. Good condition with minor conservation. Height, 71 inches. Width, 41 inches. Depth, 21 inches.

This is a wonderful tiger oak secretary with a cylinder roll desk. It is circa 1890, Eastlake, with chipped carvings throughout. Its not ornate - its beautifully elegant. It measures 92" tall x 36" wide x 22" deep and is in absolutely beautiful condition. It comes apart in two pieces for moving. The graining on the wood is the best of its kind.

A lidded brass box, made around 1900, Chinese. Small brass medallions with auspicious flowers and birds have been soldered on to the box, and to the front are two enamel and copper medallions with cranes. One medallion is of the shou symbol surrounded by bats. The wooden lining suggests that the box was used for cigars. The back with stamped mark CHINA. Nice format, width "5 ¼ / 13.3 cm, height "2 / 5 cm. Condition: fine.

An antique Japanese single section Todana Tansu (display chest) made of HInoki (Cypress) and Sugi (Cryptomeria) woods. Features 4 sliding doors to upper storage area and 2 sliding doors to main display area. Replaced glass panels offer a view of the items on display. Side slats provide strength, support and visual design.

Impressive large-scale Black Forest carved armchair in walnut with all over carved decoration of bark, branches, leaves and berries. Swiss. Circa 1870-1880. * Provenance: Anniee McCarthy, Newport, RI and NYC (label). Minor loss to tips of leaves on crestrail, caned seat was once over upholstered.

An antique Chinese Coffer Table made entirely of Elm wood. Originating from the Zhejiang Province it epitomizes fine country furniture. It was designed with Peony drawer panels and patinated drawer pulls with a simple locking mechanism for one drawer. Below the drawers are 3 separate reticulated panels featuring a cloud motif and a pair of spandrels showcasing a scrolling leaf pattern that matches the continuity of the theme...

An exqusite example of antique Chinese furniture with intricate carving and elegant proportions and design. All hand made with the extremly rare and sought after huang hua li wood. In excellent condition.

Beautiful set of twelve mahogany side chairs, all professionally reconditioned. Victorian rococo style, circa 1920. Measure 39" tall x 18" wide x 16" deep. So very hard to find a set of twelve chairs, and these are truly lovely.

A very high quality mahogany drop leaf table with turned legs and stretchers with a shaped apron at either end. The three boards, one for the top and one for each leaf are well matched single boards. Excellent proportion and a nice small size. 27 ½ tall X 28 ¾ long X 11 ½ wide in inches. With the leaves up 31 ½ inches wide.

Condition; minor repairs including the replacement of one of the feet. There is an old breakout at one of the joints...

An antique Japanese Biraki Kotansu (small chest with two hinged doors) made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All original hand forged iron hardware and Urushi lacquer finish. The doors open to a set of 7 drawers of varying sizes. It would make the perfect side chest or bedside nightstand.

An antique Chinese altar table made of Huanghuali wood with a work surface incorporating a cloisonné insert. Cabriole legs with claw feet each holding a ball leading up to the mitered corners profiling the Fu Dogs. Central carved image on the front and back shows the Fu Dogs. Scrolling vines throughout the apron with an archaic Ching dynasty key fret below which are lotus petals surrounding the table...

With eight exterior drawers, a pair of sliding doors with split level shelf behind and a hinged security door that hides two additional drawers...

Beautiful early cherry two piece corner cabinet with the top door having 12 panes of original glass (one pane has a very tiny crack at the bottom of it). It is all mortise and tenon construction, and measures 88" tall 43" wide x 27" deep. Other than the one small crack in the glass it is in perfect condition and ready to go into your home.
