Handel lamp base measuring 22" tall to the top of the finial and 9" diameter at the base. Beautiful base with rare Jadite glass center stem below a reeded bronze standard and bronze pan form base supported by four cats paws. The lamp is in excellent original condition with 3 Hubbell sockets & acorn pulls, cap, and finial. The lamp is signed on the bottom with the cloth Handel tag.
Antique frosted glass light shade decorated with white filigree, made circa 1930. The shade measures approximately 14 cm / 5 1/2 inches at its widest and 8.5cm / 3 3/8 inches high. The standard size bulb holder hole measures approximately 2.8 cm \ 1 1/8 inches in diameter. The photographs show the shade from both sides. Fine and rare Handel Rose overlay hanging lamp fixture with a Handel hammered & riveted basket shade fitter. The fixture is all Handel measuring 22" long from it's original ceiling cap to the bottom of the shade. The shade has a red Rose border overlay and measures 7" wide and 7" high with a 3 1/4" fitter. This is a larger shade than the smaller chandelier/desk lamp shades often seen...
For your wide Handel shades is this very rare Handel Eiffel Tower lamp base measuring 24" tall to the shade rest lip and 26" to the top of the finial with the base rest measuring 8" in diameter. The base comes complete having 4 early Hubbell sockets with acorn pulls, cap, finial, and fresh wiring. The base is in excellent original conditon and is signed with the raised "HANDEL" mark in the metal on the bottom of the base.
A true Firefighting rarity! This is a deep and thick red glass 7-1/2" diameter lamp globe with FIRE ALARM painted on it in original silver paint. Slightly less tech than the Trojan Alarms version of today, this lamp would light up to indicate a fire emergency. Antique cast bronze and leaded glass canopied chandelier. Measures 36" in diameter with a 36" drop. Multiples are available.
This gilt bronze ceiling fixture may be mounted flush with ceiling or may be suspended from chain. Measures 12" tall and 17" across. There is some white ceiling paint which we will remove prior to shipment, and the fixture has been regilded. There are no sockets or wiring, but we will be happy to add for a modest cost.
This exceptional bronze chandelier is attributed to E.F. Caldwell and features ten electrified candle arms. Sockets and wiring are new and this fixture is ready for installation. Its style is organic and will compliment a wide range of decors, such as English Regency (Georgian, George III), French Rococo and French Louis XV in particular. This fixture resides with our client in Manhattan (New York City) and may be seen in person by appointment.
This French Empire style coupe chandelier dates from the early twentieth century. It measures 29" tall and 18.5" across and features five electrified candle arms eminating from female masks, and a mottled orange glass coupe. It has modern sockets and wiring and is ready for use.
