A beautiful burl Keyaki wood early 19th century Funa Ko Tansu (Captains's document chest). Frame is made of solid keyaki wood with interior drawers made of soft kiri wood. Original urushi warm transparent lacquer finish with hand forged iron hardware and copper side carrying handles. Unique ring pull faux drawer front that doubles as a lift-out door hiding two small drawers.

Circa 1756, sterling silver French snuff box featuring a man's profile with initials. The bottom has an embossed farming scene with the sides having various vignettes including a hunter and a shepherdess. In very good condition commensurate with age, there is a small separation on the lid, see last photo. Measures 2.75" x 2" x 1" high. Hallmarked.
An original Edo Period Japanese single section Kannon Biraki tansu chest made of iron, kiri (paulownia) and sugi (cypress) woods. An assortment of drawers are neatly tucked away inside. Originally made to store textiles and traditional clothing. Pair hinged doors are lockable with original key included.

A very handsome and hard-to-find George III navette form mahogany peat bucket. Bound with five brass bands, it still has its original brass bail or handle. This peat bucket is in excellent antique condition and appears to be all original. Measures 14.5 inches wide, 13.25" at highest point on side and dates circa 1780.
18th Century Irish or English Mahogany oval shape Cross Banded tilt top Breakfast Table, 30" high, 51" x 42" wide, with Coromandel wood Cross Banded around the rounded edge, standing on the Pedestal with Cabriole Queen Anne legs with caster on the bottom. There are some dark small spots on the table top with age and useage, some wears on the edge but very solid and heavy table.
