A very beautiful matching pair of Maya Jade ear ornaments from the classic period CA 500 AD to 800 AD. Both measuring 3 1/2" by 3 1/4".The form is Semi round having a large central opening and wide flare. Both have double perforations for attachment. A small amount of red pigment on each. One repaired from two original pieces, along with a few minor rim chips otherwise both are intact

Ornate Mexcian Bridle with brass tacks & rivets circa 1890. Decorated, triangular harness leather on the browband, and circular, decorative harness leather attachments. The bridle measures 19 1/4" long x 9 1/2" wide.

This is a fine example of the San Patrice, Hope Variety, early Archaic or transitional Paleo point dating to around 8000BC. It was found in Jasper County, Texas. It is made from translucent fossilized palmwood. It is fluted on both sides. It is 1/1/2" long and the base is ground. The edges are serrated. Mexican Pre Columbian Terracotta Statue arms with Offerings. Nice formed arms from a good sized figure. The Arms out stretched each holding a tall sided bowl with some kind of fruit or food. Size L 5" H 1.5" matching set great as mounted display pieces.

This glacial kame green banded slate gorget is 4" long. It was found near New Castle in Henry County, Indiana. It came out of the Chris Thompson collection. I purchased it from Gary Mumaw. Pictured in Prehistoric Antiquities, August 1995, page 44. This piece dates to late Archaic C2500BC. It is a beauty with fine concentric banding.

This 18K gold bell is a real beauty with original clapper intact which gives an extremely pleasing tinkle. It is 7/8". This is especially beautiful gold. It weighs 13.4 grams. The sound of bells were used by shamans in their magical rituals to open portals or manifest will. It has a large decorated loop on top allowing it to be worn with a large chain. An outstanding piece of pre-Columbian jewelry.

This ceramic Colima warrior is 6" long. It is in perfect condition with no dings, restoration or repair. It is from the estate of the late Lynn Langdon. The figure was acquired in Mexico in the mid-20th century and is attributed to the Colima horizon, c.300BC-300AD.
