Antique Chinese framed blue silk embroidery which appear to be sleeve bands that are stitched together. The textile is decorated with two phoenix, two dragons, and Chinese seal script. All are hand applied using gold gilt wrapped threads. In excellent condition, measures 27" x 15" including frame. The silk measures 21.5" x 10". Dates circa 1900.

Designs on background include peach, pomegranate, fish, shell and bats in flight among clouds and above the fungus of Immortality over the waves. Keyfret borders with peach, pomegranate and Buddha’s hand citron motifs, colors slightly faded, newer black velvet backing. Size 9x9.5 inches.
