The interior decorated with boughs of the same, and the base decorated with a Clove motif in green enamel (Oliver Impey identifies this as a Daikon). This is Edo kasuri child kimono echigo-jyofu Rare. It is wonderful, beautiful kasuri. The motif looks like amaryu (raining dragon). There are a little stain and a small hole. However, the state is very good. I recommends it for your collection. Textile seems to be hand spun and woven, and has soft touch. Echigo-jyofu was born in middle (749-756) on the age of Jomon. In it, latter term (1670-1780) was a season from the middle of Edo period...

A musha ningyo (Warrior doll or Boy's Day doll) modeled after the seated Toyotomi Hideyoshi in armor with an eboshi winged hat and a sword, holding a gunbai-uchiwa (military fan).
