A 4 figure group of Pre-Columbian textile dolls, ca. AD 1100 - 1450. They are attached to a 6 in cushion made from cotton, is stuffed with a variety of plant and animal fibers and retains its carrying strap. Each doll is made from different cloth.

With a total of 19 pieces they seem to be all solid copper and many of the beads have designs such as birds, geometrics, melon shapes circles dots and edge trim designs. This ultra-rare Spiro Mound shell carving is 2 1/4" and has two suspension holes. The shell is translucent and shows beautiful patina. The holes are correct. The figure appears to be holding a ceremonial monolithic flint mace. The figure is wearing an elaborate necklace with a cross pendant and ear spools. It also has a weeping eye motif. LeFlore County, Oklahoma. From the collection of the late Randy Jackson of Garden City, Michigan. A no-brainer for authenticity.

A rare antique Pre-Columbian Jama-Coaque 300 B.C. - 400 A.D. ceramic amulet in the form of a standing nude male figure with an erect phallus. These types of amulets were associated with the male sex's power and fertility. The object has a hole at the temple for suspension.

A rare Sultepec mask, possessing a great nose. This piece dates from approximately 500BC to 200Bc it measures 5 1/2" by 4" wide the nose rises 3" from the back. there appears to be a small amount of repair to the nose. there is an old auction number as well as a small tag with DeRoche on it, although I haven't spoken with Dave it is possible it was once in his gallery in San Francisco.There is a small chip on the right side of the top. This is a great mask at a great price.

A very beautiful matching pair of Maya Jade ear ornaments from the classic period CA 500 AD to 800 AD.
