A beautiful bowl decorated with a wonderful glossy rich glace in green.
Size: ca 175 mm. wide and 75 mm. deep.
Condition: Choice for type, some gentle resoration, much original glace and looks unrestored.
Ex. Copenhagen Dealers collection, aquired over a period 20 years.
Dating: Mid-19th Century
Provenance: Ottoman Empire, Turkey
Circular, convex, iron shield provided with four studs with star-shaped base; the surface decorated with silver floral and geometrical motifs. At the inside four suspension rings, two of them with leather handle.
Dimensions: Diameter 34.5 cm. No condition issues.

A very high bowl, almost cone shaped and particularly large for the type. Eastern part of the ancient Samanid Empire, around the Bamiyan region.
Size: ca 23 cm. wide and 12 cm. high!.
Condition: Choice for type with much original glaze, hairline cracks restored and almost invisible...
A choice & rare islamic pottery bowl dating to 10th-12th century AD.
The bowl has a greenish white glace with some wear due to age.
The bottom of the interior is decorated with a calligraphic symbol.
Size: 110x36 mm.
The dagger with high shoulders, short tang and the blade with diamond cross-section.
The dagger is very attractive with a very beautyful patina.
Size: 250 mm - 9,8 inches.
Condition: Choice, with fine metal.
A beautiful bronze standard finial of the "Master of Animals" type. A tube in anthropomorphic form, worked on both sides identically, showing a human with a long nose and jutting ears, grasping the necks of two animals. Western Iran, Luristan culture, c. 9th-7th century B.C. Provenance: Private Collection, Switzerland. Condition: fine, with nice patina. Dimension: height: 15.2 cm.

Western Iran, Luristan culture, c. 9th-7th century B.C. Provenance: Private Collection, Switzerland. Condition: fine, only slightly bent. With nice patina. Dimension: height: 18.2 cm.
Presented here is a nice bronze spear with raised center ridge. The spear head features a beautiful green/brown patina and measures an impressive 10”. It remains intact and is presented on a custom base for display. Acquired from Malter Galleries in the late 1990’s.

A very rare and interesting Islamic pottery tile with medallion and arab Muslim writing inside, pre 15th. century AD.
The tile would looks be of Khorassan and dating ca. 12th. century AD, but is guaranteed to be pre 1500.
