Nice symethric style in high relief within concenthric borders. The seal looks to be inspired by the style of the Jemdet Nasr, but to us the carving looks like there's an Archer is shooting a bow against an animal and another animal behind, highly stylized.

The scaraboid is carved almost like an oval hat with a pointy raised center and sides tappering inwards.
