Larger seal carved in black stone, Western Mesopotamia, 2nd. millenium BC.
A very special and rare stamp seal, carved in the shape of a high tower with 4 turrets. The base engraved with a seated humanoid figure beside a tree. Drilled at the top.
Size: 28 mm. tall and 16,5 mm. wide at the max.
Condition: Very fine, loss to one turret but othervise good very fine and with a nice ancient patina.

Attractive blackstone cylinder seal, Eastern Anatolian or Western Mesopotamian, c. 3rd. millenium BC.
The seal was dated by a dealer to the Neo-Assyrian period, which we think is completely wrong. The depictions includes two tall figures, animals and a latter.

A nice pair of Islamic pottery drinking bowls, Nishapur, 11th-12th cent AD.
Nice, smaller drinking bowls with glaze and caligraphic decorations on the interior. On in white glaze, the other with green glaze.
Size: 9 x 2,8 cm & 5,4 x 2,7 cm.
Condition: Choice for age and type. The larger bowl with a hairline crack.

Interesting and rare depiction of a woman and three men standing side by side on this slightly oval stamp which is probably a stylized scarab form with curved upperside. Carved in green stone with a faint cross on the back. The seal can probably be dating to the 3rd.-early 2nd. millenium BC.

A massive sub-rectangular seal with high handle and perforation, in black large grained stone, Halaf period, 6th. millenium BC.
The seal is beautifully engraved with a leaf design with a central line and diagonal strokes off it.

A nice lot of three interesting early ancient tanged Bronze daggers from Ancient Near East.
1) A type 2 dagger 23,5 cm, with rounded tip. low shoulders and tappering edges, c. 3rd. mill. BC. Intact.
2) A very early dagger of the type 1, 20,9cm., dating to the 4th.-3rd. mill. BC. Intact
3) A 18,8 cm dagger with low shoulders and pronounced central midrib, 3rd.-2nd mill BC. Small loss to tip.
All three daggers have holes for fastening rivets in the tang.

The lot consist of a larger dagger, 20,8 cm and two smaller ones - 13,6 & 11,3 cm. all different types, incl. a very early type of the 3rd. mill. BC
All three items come with nice patinas and in choice condition.

A fine Grecco -Persian bronze spearhead, later 1st mill BC.
The blade with slim shoulders and central midrib. The sharp edges of the blade slope into a long, folded conical socket with an opening at the back and a straight.
Size: 34,5 cm - socket is about 18 cm.
Condition: Choice - cleaned somewhat hard, but still with nice red and green patina, as shown on photos.

The seal is carved in a jet black stone, and depicts a crowded array of a human, animals and symbols, (bad roll-out, the seal is sharper).
