A lot of two lovely points in fine pinkish hardstone from the private collection of P.F. Wulff, found St. Francis County in Arkansas. We're selling this very old collection in smaller lots to give everyone a chance to own a small piece of the pre-historic Americas!

The two points carved in scarce translucent hardstone, not silex. They can probably be dated to the 2nd.-1st. millenium BC. Very hard material and amazing that they could manage to make such refined artifacts of this size...

Attractive Bactrian bronze compartment seal, Late 3rd - Early 2nd Millennium BC. Simple design on the round base, tall handle.

Ancient Near East, Luristan, ca. 1200 to 800 BC.

A large elaborate bronze cloak pin, cast via the lost wax (cire perdue) process with poppy flower shaped terminal.

Used to fasten clothes, in this case due to the unusually heavy fabric and decoration, likely leather for presentation use - perhaps for a very thick cape or leather armor. The lower terminal decorated with knobs and 3 spikes.

Interesting round faience seal, clearly showing influence from Egypt, Mesopotamian/Egypt border seal, 1st. mill. BC.

Carved with a Dog or jackal and a sun symbol.

A nice smaller stamp seal in a fine stone, engraved with a cross-linear grid-like pattern. The fine engraving of the base is a tell-tale for the late manifacture, Levantine, c. 2nd. millenium BC.

A fine bronze seal ring, Sasanian, c. 3rd.-6th. cent. AD.

With wide shoulders and oval seal bezel, engraved seal depicting a horse with symbols(?) above.
