Antique Indian painting of a holy man seated upon a throne, identified by the halo around his head, a line of followers standing before him. The first man in line bestows a ceremonial gift, painted with gilt pigment. Two men stand out of line with a domesticated jaquar. Arabic writing decorates the top and the bottom of the painting. Set in a gilt frame.

Indian demon chaser mask in bronze repousse from Karnataka in five parts: head, headband, ears and a tube within the head to permit the mounting on a pole. Backside with red paint. Condition: traces of usage, back part of the head and headband with some dents. Dimension: 26.2 cm high.
Dhyangro drums are usually separated from their phurba (ritual dagger) handles, and the handles are sold by themselves. This is a common occurrence with Nepali dealers. This is because the handles are easier to transport and sell. So it isn't very often that you see a completely intact, old Tibetan ritual drum. The drum is made of wood and animal hide, and has shaking balls inside for accenting the rhythms created by the shaman dancer...
This is a fine example of an Indus Valley culture decorated pottery vessel. It has a chip to the rim as well as a repair which should be visible in the photos. Otherwise it appears to be in great condition with no other apparent damage or repair. It is roughly 16 cm tall and 13 cm wide.
Small statue of Bhairava standing on a lotus base, in an aggressive posture, holding Brahma's skull in his left hand, with his right hand raised threateningly. A demon is reclining beside his left foot. Bronze, with dark-green patina. Tibet, early 19th century, maybe earlier. Haight: 3 1/4" !8,3 cm). Lotus base slightly bent in front, otherwise very good condition.
Statue of Hanuman, the Monkey Gos, hero of the Ramayana epic, in formal attire, standing on a rectangular pedestal, his hands in praying posture. The statue and the pedestal were cast separately. The statue may thus be removed from the pedestal. Bronze, with fine dark-green patina. India, 19th century. Height: 4 5/8" (11,7 cm). Good condition.
A beautiful late 19th century bronze kankavati featuring a wonderful warm patina. The box is divided into 6 yoni shaped compartments for sindoor or kukum powder. The peacock finial lifts out and then one or more of the compartments can be opened. In excellent condition, it measures 4 inches in diameter when closed.
Small statue of Ambika, with a tiny Jina sitting above her head, wearing a dhoti, standing on a pedestal backed by a large nicely adorned mandorla. Ambika holds a child in her left arm, and what seems to be a weapon in her right hand. The deity is flanked by her vahana animal, a lion, on her lower left side, and by another child standing on her lower right side. Bronze, with nice dark reddish-green patina. India, 16th century. Height: 3 1/4" (8,3 cm)...
Authentic antique, 18th - 19th century, Tibetan belt pouch (coin purse) composed of leather, silver and brass. The front richly decorated with silver and brass, and studded with co turquoises.

Tibetan Himalayan Heavy large carved wood Manuscript/script Cover, some of the gold and Polychrome finish still remain between low relief carved design, 27 1/2" long, 10 1/2" high, 1 1/2" thick, weight is heavy and one(1) large size of wood panel was used. One end is carved with polychrome and gold finish, and the other end is not carved. There are some yak butter stains on wood, and rounded corners with age. The condition is good, no damage or restoration.
Sub-Continent tribal white metal Necklace, 13" long across and 2 1/2" high for metal part linked with cloth rope which can be changed. Each link is carved with dangling leaf shape charms, the charms are hollow inside, and connected together with rope to stay and hang together neatly. The condition is original condition and not altered.
