A nice tanged bronze lance from Ancient Near East, East Caspian Sea Area, 2nd. mill BC.

The lance with rouned shoulders and a defined, central midrib, interesting thick tang.

Size: c. 21,5 cm.

Condition: Nice Very fine, wear, but nice metal. Beautiful red patination.

A Chinese archaic pale green jade sword chape carved on one side with four linear designs, the reverse with a coiled dragon, 5cms wide, Western Han dynasty (202BC - 9AD). A similar chape was sold at Bonhams London, 18/5/23, lot 28, Keverne collection. Another sold at Christie's New York, 17/3/16, lot 920.

A rare Ancient Near East Bronze short sword or large dagger dating to 1st-2nd mill BC.

Commonly termed Luristani by dealers and collectors.

Fine style weapon with square shoulders and a flat central midrib. As a rare feature, on this short sword the lower part of the hilt is intact, which is seldom seen on this type of bronze age weapon.
