This demitasse cup and saucer was produced in the U.S. by Lenox Belleek in 1906. The saucer is 4 ½ inches square and the cup is 2 ¼ inches high. The shape of this cup and saucer is unusual in that it is squared off on the sides. The sterling silver trim has an oriental motif that augments the porcelain, giving it an art deco look. This tea strainer was produced in Trenton, New Jersey by Lenox between 1906 and 1934. The strainer is 5 ¾ inches long and the base is 3 ½ inches in diameter. Delicate scrolls are molded into the porcelain, highlighted by hand gilded details. Adorable tiny roses adorn the top and bottom. This tea strainer is in excellent condition.

This cup and saucer was produced by Lenox in New Jersey after 1906. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 7/16 inches high. The porcelain is extremely transluscent. The ground color shades from pale yellow to cream. Elegant raised gilded enamel swags and garlands decorate both pieces. Turquoise enamel beading accents the rim of the cup and saucer. This set was produced exclusively for Bailey, Banks and Biddle of Philadelphia. Condition is excellent.
