This demitasse cup and saucer was produced in the U.S. by Lenox Belleek in 1906. The saucer is 4 ½ inches square and the cup is 2 ¼ inches high. The shape of this cup and saucer is unusual in that it is squared off on the sides. The sterling silver trim has an oriental motif that augments the porcelain, giving it an art deco look. All the silver is intact. This demitasse cup and saucer is in excellent condition.

This demitasse cup and saucer was produced in the U.S. by Lenox, c. 1906. The saucer is 4 ½ inches in diameter and the cup is 2 inches high. The shape of the cup and saucer are in the art nouveau style. Both pieces have 6 sides. The ground color is a pale, creamy yellow. A landscape with windmills encircles the cup. This cup and saucer was produced by Lenox in New Jersey after 1906. The saucer is
5 1/4 inches in diameter and the cup is
2 7/16 inches high. The porcelain is extremely transluscent. The ground color shades from pale yellow to cream. Elegant raised gilded enamel swags and garlands decorate both pieces. Turquoise enamel beading accents the rim of the cup and saucer. This set was produced exclusively for Bailey, Banks and Biddle of Philadelphia. Condition is excellent.
