A great Chinese Ch'ing Dynasty export polychrome hand enameled globular form teapot. Mark is Ta Ch'ing Yung Cheng Nien Chih 1723-1735 (Wm Chaffers Marks & Monograms on Pottery and Porcelain). It has raised relief work on the handle and spout. It's motif consists of fish scale and a large cartouche in the center on each side of the teapot consisting of a high decorated vase with butterflies and a massive floral arrangement.
