A fabulous clobbered Staffordshire transferware soft paste cake plate early 19th century. The maker is Thomas Minton and made from between 1822 and 1836. It is marked Opaque China and the pattern is Chinese Marine. It has a raised rim with floral border and the central panel is a Chinese village with a river flowing along side it. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Size: 8-1/2 inches in diameter.

A charming Staffordshire earthenware transferware and hand painted pearlware coffee can early 19th century. It has an impressed makers Mark SWV and W Wood. It was manufactured for R. Briggs of Boston. The motif being two polychrome sprigs of flowers and a butterfly. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. It has a 2-1/2 inch diameter and is 2-1/2 inches in height.

A pair of Staffordshire hard paste serving plates 19th century. It is beautifully painted with a wide green enamel border with gilded stylized white floral decoration. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration with the exception of a small original kiln flaw near the underside of one of the handles on one of the plates. . One plate had a 1/4 hairline near the handle that was secured. Each measures 10-1/4 inches from handle to handle and is 9 inches across.

A staffordshire pearlware plate decorated in strong underglaze blue with an early line engraved transfer of a chinese scene. The base is flat with no footrim and there are 3 spur marks from kiln stacking on the front rim matched by 3 sets of 3 spur marks to the back.

A rare Spode porcelain cup and saucer.Well potted from a creamy-white porcelain, it is painted in bright enamels with flowers. There is a painted mark to the base.Both pieces of ogee shape and the cup has an unusual handle.

A very special Staffordshire Derby hard paste cup with London handle and saucer late 18th or early 19th century. It has the early Derby mark hand painted on the bottom. The motif consists of flower and feather scrolling. It is beautifully painted in shades of maroon and with gilding. It is in excellent condition no chips cracks or restoration. It has normal gilding loss on the rim of the cup. The cup diameter measures 3-1/2 inches, 2-1/2 inches in height, saucer is 5-1/2 inches diameter.

Circa 1880 Mason's of England 9" Square Plate with side handles. Mason's Transferware was very popular in the 19th Century and their were many patterns made, especially in blue and white. There is a number on the back, 66861 which is probably a identifying number for the pattern. These were sets of china in many different patterns. This one is a Blue and White pattern known as Manchu. This plate is in good condition with no restoration.
