This is a fabulous flow blue transfer or transferware bowl in an unknown landscape pattern by an unknown Staffordshire, England pottery. The bowl dates to the victorian era 1840-1870. The bowl is 2.25 inches high by 10 inches in diameter. It features a gothic scene with a fancy border with landscape vignettes, a molded shape a remnants of sponged gold trim. This is a wonderful ironstone blue transferware teacup trio consisting of cup, saucer and cake or sandwich plate made during the reign of Queen Victoria of England in the so-called late Victorian period 1880-1900. The set has the Staffordshire rope knot and the pattern name of Seaforth. The saucer and plate have a fancy molded dentil scalloped rim and all pieces have gold trim.
