An early and rare series toby jug by Royal Doulton of England. This mug depicts in marvelous detail a wealthy English gentleman drinking in a pub. On the reverse is a saying by BURNS that reads "HERE'S A HEALTH TO THEM THAT'S AWA." The colors are crisp and make him appear very life like. Fully signed on the base and in excellent condition. 5 Inches High by 6 in Wide at base. A super addition to any collection.

Rare pair of Staffordshire earthenware figurines of whippets. Each dog poses over a rabbit he has brought to the master of the hunt. The cushion bases are decorated with a simple gilt line.

Origin: England, circa 1850. Condition: excellent, a tiny bit of glaze roughness on the tip of one nose, blacklight examination indicates no repairs or repainting. Size: 3-7/8" tall.

Early 19th century, cobalt blue English Nanking transfer design. Exceptionally fine cup (2 1/4" h x 3 1/2") and saucer(1"h x 4 5/8w), soft paste, unmarked Staffordshire, circa 1825. Excellent condition. Hardly any wear to gilt and no chips, cracks or repairs. Buyer may have seven days to examine. Worldwide shipping at cost.
