Nice flow black 8-sided sugar bowl (no lid) in the Athens pattern by Wm Adams & Son, c. 1850. Great piece for display; would make a wonderful addition to a collection. Inner rim has some tiny chips, and the body has some areas of cobalt, seen upon close inspection. No other chips or cracks, and the shape is fantastic. Beautiful hand-painted meat platter in the Derby pattern by Wm. Adams & Co., England. Impressed mark Real Ironstone China and handwritten number 4835 on the back. Pristine platter measures 12" x 8" and has a lovely gilt scalloped edge. Color is primarily rust on a white body, with black and green accents. Dates to early 1900's.

This is a wonderful light blue transferware platter in the Italian Scenery pattern by John Meir & Sons, Staffordshire, c. 1837-97. Central scene features a river scene with people and animals, and a Roman building in the background. The border alternates between florals and medallions of people scenes. The back has printed mark with pattern and maker's name. Measures 12.5 x 10 and is in mint condition with very minimal crazing. No chips, cracks, repairs or discoloration.

This is a 10.25" flat soup plate in a RARE pattern called Vase, made by three potteries. This plate was most likely made by Challinor, c. 1850. The body is pearlware and the plate is in excellent, undamaged condition. The central scene is dominated by a large outdoor urn where two peacocks rest, their long feathers trailing below them. The edge is scalloped and the border bears alternating scenes. This is truly a lovely and hard-to-find piece of Staffordshire.

Triumphal Car has been called the Bell's most impressive design. It features a chariot rider with three horses, and Greek style buildings in the background. The border medallions show battle scenes and fountains. This plate measures 10.25" and was manufactured by J & MP Bell of Glasgow, c. 1850s. Printed and impressed marks to back. Excellent condition with minimal knife marks for surface.
