This is a lovely Royal Staffordshire saluting Kewpie doll with the Vancouver coat of arms on his chest, and the legend, “ One of the Bhoys”, on the base. This particular coat of arms came into being in 1909,
and given the salute, the piece was quite likely a wartime souvenir. The doll is white china with painted googly eyes, a pointed top knot, and the unusual saluting arm. The coat of arms crest is handpainted in various colors, and the registration mark on the base dates the piece to 1918. ... Click for details

This tea cup and saucer was produced in England in the 1840s by an unknown maker. There are no marks on either piece. The saucer measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 3/4 inches high. This tea cup and saucer was produced by an unknown manufacturer in England around 1800. There are no identifying marks. The saucer is 5 3/8 inches in diameter, 1 1/4 inches deep and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The cup is in the bute shape used around 1800. The porcelain has a slightly gray color. The decoration is very elaborate and completely painted by hand. This cup and saucer needs a place of respect and appreciation. It is in excellent condition.

This tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Stevens & Hancock Derby between 1863 and 1866. The saucer is 5 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The cup is in the traditional can shape. The saucer is wide and deep. The decoration is completely hand painted and gilded. It is bold and vivid in Imari colors. There is a minor chip on the foot ring of the saucer. This is an excellent example of early Derby porcelain in excellent condition.

The cup has a pedestal base and a handle formed as a braided rope. Monochrome trophy ornaments are transfer decorated on both pieces.
