This demitasse cup and saucer was produced in France by a Limoges factory before 1900. The mark is smudged and illegible. The saucer measures 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is of fine quality with molded details. The cup has a delightful shape, with a fancy handle and blown out panels. The saucer is scalloped. This demitasse cup and saucer was produced in France by L S & S Limoges before 1900. The saucer measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 inches high. The porcelain has decorations and swirls molded into the body of the cup and saucer. The handle looks like a gilded ribbon. There are tiny hand painted roses surrounded by ornate raised gold decorations on the front of the cup and on the saucer. It is a Victorian delight. This dainty demitasse is in excellent condition.

Old absinthe figural bottle in the form of a Mallard duck. This pretty bottle has a cattail handle and very good quality modeling to his breast feathers making his appearance lifelike. Glaze flake to left shoulder and near opening on top where he will be filled, no chips or cracks. Very little crazing to this one. Stands 13" x 6 1/2" at handle. Original cork included for top.

Antique French Majolica figural jug or bottle from Keller Guerin of Ste. Clement France. Originally produced as an Absinthe bottle which came in a variety of shapes to hold the scandalous elixir. This cockatoo or parrot is brightly glazed. Besides usual crazing there is no damage to this piece. One manufacturers flaw is small unglazed area on left cheek size of rice grain. This pair of porcelain candle holders was produced in France around 1870. They have no identifying marks. They stand approximately 16 1/2 inches high. The bases are 5 1/2 inches in diameter. This lovely couple is dressed in 18th century costume. They are modeled in excellent detail. Their faces and clothing are beautifully hand painted. This ceramic dish was produced in France before 1890. It has no identifying marks. The dish measures 6 3/4 inches square and is 1 1/2 inches deep. The shape is slightly bowed and the corners of the square are turned up. The enamel decoration is bright and bold. There are areas where you can feel the enamel. For a little dish there is a lot of creativity and craftsmanship involved. This faience dish is in excellent condition.
