Three earthenware plates, hand painted in stick decoration, with cut spongeware details, Dutch origin circa 1900. These plates form an excellent cabinet display, likely a corner cupboard. Each plate measures just shy of 9" in diameter. The central plate, with the central floral flourish, has a small rim chip at 4:00. Additionally there is a 1 inch hairline from the plates 5:00, barely noticeable. Balance 2 plates are in excellent condition, no chips or cracks.

This monkey figurine was designed by Niels Nielson. The marks show it was made 1913-22.. It stands 4 1/2" tall. She is pregnant and has a charming look of contentment on her face. The condition is excellent.
