Imperial Russian gilded silver
cloisonne enamel kovsh
THE DIMENSIONS ARE: 3.5" IN LENGTH,
2" IN WIDTH AND 1.5" IN HEIGHT.
The entire body is covered with an
incredible work of cloisonne enamel made of
many colors. Finely detailed with front imperial eagle
and floral forms.

Beautiful collectible work of art!
We do not know its age (our guess would
be around the turn of the century 1890's)

Delightful and quirky Russian silver and polychrome enamel footed salt, marked in full for Ivan Khlebnikov under the Imperial warrant; also marked for 84 standard silver and manufacture in Moscow between 1908 and 1917. Russian silver & shaded enamel napkin ring, marked in the field for Vasily Agafonov. Of oval section and decorated with scrolling shaded enamel foliage against a gilded stippled ground, the napkin ring measures 2" (5.1 cm) across by 1 1/2" (3.8 cm) tall. Bordered top and bottom with white pellets, it is executed in and marked for 84 standard silver, Moscow manufacture between 1896 and 1907 and is in excellent condition.

A Russian silver and enamel small bowl or master salt by Pavel Ovchinnikov, manufactured in Moscow between 1896 and 1907. The high quality enamel work is intricately executed in high-quality pastel hues often associated with this maker. Measuring 3" (7.6 cm) in diameter and 1 3/8" tall, the piece weighs 2.25 oz (63.5 grams). In Excellent condition, it is clearly marked on the base in full for Ovchinnikov under the Imperial Warrant, Moscow and appropriate date marks.

Superb plique-au-jour beaker, executed in vibrant colored enamels in a twisted wire matrix. Of slightly tapered section, the beaker measures 2" (5.1 cm) across the upper lip and 1 3/4" (4.4 cm) across the base. In excellent condition, the piece stands approximately 2 5/8" (6.65 cm) tall and weighs 1.63 oz (46.1 grams). The vibrant color palette extends through to the base and is highlighted with unusual yellow and pink hues. Apparently unmarked, but quite likely by Ovchinnikov.
