Silver and enamel shovel shape spoon by famous Grachev
Moscow, circa 1880. Marked with the 84 silver standard.
Spoon is 6 5/8 inch or 17 cm, and pretty heavy 79 gr. or 2.8 oz.
Russian cloisonne enamel pictorial design with swan swiming
in the lake surrounded with beautiful flowers and birds.

Fantastic and rare Russian silver and plique-a-jour
enamel serving spoon by famous Grachev. Length 4 3/4".
Moscow, circa 1890. Marked with the 84 silver standard.
The four sided handle has enamel work on all four sides and
the top. The bowl has transparent enamel work of beautiful colors.
If you hold the spoon to the light you can see through
the transparent enamel. The bowl is pierced and filled
with vibrantly colored plique-a-jour enamel in floral
and foliate motifs.

Feodor Ruckert ,who used to work for Faberge.
Feodor Ruckert owned a shop in Moscow (1887-1917)
and very often made enamel items for Fabergé.
He was famous for producing the most expensive
and beautiful enamel in Russian traditional style.

Russian silver and shaded enamel egg, fully decorated with scrolling floral patterns against off-white & powder blue grounds. Measuring approximately 2 1/2" (6.35 cm) in height and 1 7/8" (4.75 cm) across at the widest point, the egg separates into two halves. It seems that the pieces was not marked and has been subsequently "embellished" with spurious marks for Fedor Ruckert.
