This is an unusual and beautifully done tinsel or foil painting. It depicts a large bouquet of flowers in a very elaborate urn. The urn has been painted to look like porcelain with ormolu mounts. The main body of the urn is further decorated with a scene of ballerinas.

An amusing and nicely done tinsel, or foil, painting depicting a rose and a bud. The condition is generally quite good, but with some of the normal scrapes to the background white color, which really do not detract from the aesthetic impact of this work. Sight size is 8 1/2 inches by 6 1/2 inches, and the framed size is 13 inches by 11 inches.
