An antique lacy covered sugar made of flint glass almost surely by Sandwich Glass in the early 19th century. Arched panel patterns with 8 sides. Hexagonal finial. Nice deep hollow stem. Good ring. PICTURED in McKearin's American Glass, #9 of Plate 163.

5" high and 4 1/2" across. Very good condition for the bowl; 2 chips as shown on the cover. The lines you see are straw marks, not cracks. ... Click for details

American 9 1/2" Blue Milk Glass Pitcher

This marvelous pitcher, in pristine condition, is manufactured of the most creamy, pale blue milk glass. It measures 9 3/8" in height and 4 3/8" in diameter at the base. The pressed glass stylized swirl design is handsome and visible in the base. The handle (see detail)is applied, as was the method of manufacture The piece is without chips, or any damage. There is a small "hair" manufacturing glitch close to the spout, but it is in fabric of the piece.

Goofus glass cake platter in the Narcissus Spray pattern, made by Indiana Glass Co. Measures 10.5" across. Allover gold paint to the back, with characteristic flaking of the paint. Front features sprays of red flowers around the border and a central red star. No chips or other issues.
