19th Century, Moser attr., Clear art glass plate with deep well of 18 interior ribs which extend to the border of the plate, with back-cutting toward the center, on the rim, creating unusual edging. Richly handpainted floral bouquets in thick, many-colored enamels, flanked by scrollwork in raised gilding. Rare oyster colored Opaline Art Glass Antique Perfume Bottle and matching stopper with unusual fabric applicator tip. Thickly enameled in "stained glass" colors; perfectly balanced bulbous shape.
