This one is white over clear and stands an impressive 15 inches tall. It has the ground and polished pontil and an air trap in the stopper. The stopper is not shown but guaranteed to be original to the decanter. Condition is perfect but for a light stain in the very bottom and a pinhead size nick on the very tip of the stopper. Lovely color of blue on this English Victorian Bristol handblown glass vase with handpainted enameled floral relief, turned out tooled rim and pontil marked bottom. Measures 7" high by 3 1/4" wide. No chips or cracks. An excellent piece of English Victorian period glass.

This is a stunning example of this scarce English Art Glass. It is shown on page 91 of Cyril Manley's Decorative Victorian Glass. Manley thinks it is either a Thomas Webb product or a Richardson product. Our example is 8 inches high and 8 inches in diameter with a ground and polished pontil. "The casings go as follows: a blue blank is blown; very thin pieces of coloured glass are marvered into it, then cased over with crystal". Condition of this large example is perfect.
