A Georgian balustroid wine glass dating to c1740-45 with a relatively large round funnel bowl mounted on a stem with an inverted baluster at the shoulder, an annular medial knop and a basal knop; with an air column running through the upper knop and upper stem section . The whole mounted on a conical folded foot with rough pontil. Perfect condition. A superbly constructed glass made from high quality lead metal. Height: 5 7/16” Rim Diameter: Fractionally over 2” Foot Diameter: 2 5/8”

A large and wonderfully proportioned heavy baluster goblet with a solid base conical bowl. The stem has a wide angular knop and a basal knop, each with an air tear which also extends between the two knops. Conical folded foot with a rough, snapped pontil. Superb condition with great color, striations, and tooling marks. 7 11/16 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 3 13/16 inches and a foot diameter of 3 5/8 inches.

A superb mid 18th century plain stem Georgian wine glass with a scarce tall and wide flared ogee bowl with rib moulding to the base. The plain stem is mounted on a conical folded foot with rough pontil. A well made large glass of high lead content and a resulting dark tone to the metal and good weight. A superb English Georgian wine glass dating to c1760 with a combination of attractive features making for quite a scarce glass. The round funnel bowl is honeycomb moulded to the lower part and the upper bowl is copper wheel engraved with opposing baroque scrolled designs and opposing flower and foliage designs with birds above. A Late Nineteenth Century English Tantalus, circa 1880. The oak case is fitted with decorative brass corner mounts. The locking lid opens to reveal an interior with three cut glass decanters. The front of the case folds forward with a flat surface and drawer just below. The tantalus has a removable cribbage board with a tin playing surface. The interior is fitted with clips for small glasses. One glass remains. Condition: Very Good. Dimensions: Height 13 1/2", Depth 9 1/2", Width 14 1/2".

A tall and elegant toasting glass with a drawn trumpet bowl leading into a stem with a multiple-spiral air twist. A nice gray metal, good striations, and tooling marks, with two small inclusions in the bowl. Rough, snapped pontil. Excellent condition with no chips or restoration.7 5/8 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 2 3/4 inches and a generous conical foot diameter of 3 1/16 inches.
