A wonderful Historic Tobacco Box embossed with Dutch City "Rotterdam" scenes on its top and an elaborately detailed military scene on its bottom. This Mystery Item is detailed with a scrolling floral leaf pattern on a pebbled field center section with three stamped out slots. This is a wonderful brass fireplace fender, circa late 19th century. It incorporates a floral lace band complete with four claw-like feet. Two feet are in the front and two are on the sides. It is in excellent condition. It measures 56" long by 12" deep.

Dating to around 1900, this is a really quite wonderful and rare desk set in the form of a clown. The solid brass scissors handles and sheath are English and the steel blades were imported from Germany where all the best blades came from. Take a good look at the photos with the sheath being the body of the clown with a mask at the base; the scissor handle is being held up by the clown's hands; and when tidied away the head of the clown on the letter opener creates the complete image. A really wonderful and most unusual Victorian counter bell in the form of a dinner gong with a push button each side each operating a different clapper to ring the bell. Tucked behind one of the legs is a British registration number which is always a bonus to find, the number looks to be 5478 which would date it to 1884. Most unusual and in excellent condition. Measures 5 1/2" wide x 5" tall. Worldwide insured airmail included.
