A very fine 18th century American coin silver table or serving spoon Otto de Parisen (also spelled Parisien), a New York silversmith of Huguenot stock. The handle top is finely hand engraved with a marital monogram - aTm - as pictured below. Very good sized, it measures 8 3/8 inches in length and it is in very fine condition with a bit of tip wear and minor surface scratches. Interesting example of a transitional design in an early 19th century American coin silver table serving spoon. It is an early version of the fiddle pattern, no shoulders above the bowl and the angle out to the fiddle is very slight. The handle is beautifully hand engraved with fancy script monogram with handsome flourishes,as pictured below. Large size, the spoon measures a full 8 3/4 inches in length it is in excellent condition with virtually no tipwear. Maker's mark on the reverse as ... Click for details

This is for a set of 5 coin silver teaspoons that would have been sold by the retailer CS Willard of Catskill New York. They are 6 inches long. They have a makers mark with a D, an eagle and a man’s head pointing left. I have been told this is Hall, Hewson and Brower. These are circa 1850. They have the monogram Lewis on them. There are small dents in the bowls but no bends or cracks.

This coin silver child cup was made in Cincinatti, Ohio in c1829-1830 by N.L Hazen. The maker worked in Cincinatti in c1830-1850 and in Troy, New York in c1829-1830. The cup could have been made in either place, but we think it was probably made in Cincinatti. It is simply designed with an engraved leaf branch that surrounds the name "Irvin" in the center of the cup. It is fashioned like a washing cup with a scalloped almost "S" shaped handle and a double banded border and base. The cup grows na... Click for details

This is a beautiful American coin silver goblet. It was made in America circa 1835. There are three gadrooned borders, one on the pedestal, one on the stem, and one around opening of the mouth. When looking closer, the gadroon border is a sort of tree like pattern. (could be evergreens.) The goblet is done in a Baluster shape. This cup would make a great gift!
