An outstanding 19th Century print eglomise showing a young woman sitting as for a portrait. She is in a fashionable gown and wearing bracelets. her hair is done in the Empire style, and the background shows a basket of freshly picked flowers. The print is surrounded by a silver mirrored cartouche, which itself is surrounded by shades of bronze and gold. the whole effect is striking and very pretty. The condition is excellent, and the picture is19 1/2 by 16.

A large and very decorative oil on board done in the european taste. Showing an urn decorated with putti, on pedestal and marble plinth, holding an arrangement of flowers. The flowers are lush the colors vibrant and detailed. It is a great decorative painting for a foyer or a room with a high ceiling.
