Here we have one of those delightful items that just "speaks to us". It is an Anri carved figural tobacco humidor, which depicts a smoker red-faced and in his cups leaning on the top of a barre. Lift him up, and the barrel opens, creating a space for tobacco. The head, on a swiveling neck, moves as the piece is moved. Accompanying this is the auction print out showing that it came from the estate of Fred MacMurray and June Haver.

Very primitive wooden gate from Thailand. When this rustic piece of teak was carved from a log by rural farmers, this was into a gate for the rural villagers. There were two similar posts with corresponding holes where posts could be slid to prevent the buffalo or cattle from roaming through. Not to be confused with a fence post. Great accent home decor item for the modern contemporary house. Professionally mounted on a two teared satin black stand. Size: 46 inch tall.
