An early 19th century royal blue enamel box, possibly Wednesbury. The lid features raised blue, gilt and white floral decoration. Good condition; some chips and cracks to interior. Measures 1 ½” long by 1 1/8” wide by 1” high.

Early 19th century dragee box with fabulous reverse painted lid featuring pretty woman holding a large playing card of the King of Hearts! The scene is surrounded by scroll and scallop motifs in gold. Best of all, at her feet is a rebus; my lack of French prevents me from deciphering it, but it should show well in the image! Charming early 19th century wooden snuff box, carved in the shape of a shoe, probably from Dieppe, France. Diamond-shaped ivory insert on the lid; the heart at the toe is probably missing ivory. Lovely patina; very good condition. Measures 3 7/8” long by 1 1/8” wide by 1/2” high.

Wooden elaborately carved floral design Checkers box c. 1900's with wooden checkers inside. The box measures 5-3/4"w x 5-7/8" deep x 3-7/8" high. There is minor wear on the finish on front edge of lid and inside by hinges but overall this lovely box is in near perfect condition. The checkers are old also, although they are of two different sizes and shapes in each color.
