This antique cast iron fireplace in neoclassical style measures 36" wide, 35.75" high and 8" deep. Interior opening measures 19" wide, 19" high and contains its original gas-fired log that measures roughly 5" in diameter. This item resides on the upper west side of Manhattan ( New York city ) and may be seen by appointment.

This ornate, antique pedestal is believed to be made from gilded spelter. It is extremely heavy and features wonderfully ornate designs. Measures 39.75" tall and the top surface measures 13.5" square. Likely from the 19th century. The top shows considerable wear consistent with its age. We secured this piece from a fine estate here in Texas where it was used as a vanity surround. It has drawers and inside storage making it very functional. This is a fabulous early piece, a very large wrought iron easel for a painting or a print. It is stationary, it does not fold up, nor is the finial removable. It is heavy and very sturdy. The easel is 38.5" high and measures 21.5" at the very bottom. It has two arms to hold art work, and these are welded to the cross bar at the bottom. This fire place measures 68 and one half inches across its top flat marble mantle, 58 inches wide left to right, 7 and three quarter inches deep at sides and 13 and one half at top, with a 36 and one half inch opening and inside height.
