Set of Eight Southern American Mahogany Dining Chairs possibly coastal North Carolina or Virginia. Five side chairs are 18th century. Two arm chairs and one side chair are 19th century. Beautiful patina. All appear original. Further research may identify exact origin. Chairs are 3 feet in Height and 17.5" depth. Width of the arm chairs is 2'2" and width of the side chairs is 21".

Childs diminutive Windsor arm chair with black paint c1800. This cute little chair retains its old black painted surface. Measures 16 inches to the top of its back, 9 inches to the top of its seat, 12 inches wide and 11 and one half inches wide.The antique label says Eric V Smith. Hanley) and the name of her house in Wiscasset, Maine, "Villa Hanley". She also lived in Via Benova, Boston, MA. The table is a very unusual size. This antique chest of drawers features a lovely figured veneer believed to be walnut. Measures 44" high by 44.5" wide by 20.5" deep. Round figured knobs appear to be original. Drawers have hand-cut lap dovetails and cockbeading of the type brought into use starting in the 1770s. Overall condition is excellent.
