Oak sofa foot rest with linen cushion, circa 1900. Lovely hand carved detail with twist stretchers. Measures 48 inches wide by 11 inches deep and 8 and one half inches high. Arts and crafts era writing desk, properly cleaned old finish which does have some minor blemishes. Unsigned but the work of Cortland mfg with their distinctive triangle/pointed through tenons. New leatherette writing surface. Desk has one drawer, through tenons & pinned construction throughout. 28" deep, 29" high and 45 1/2" wide quick photo done as very busy, better ones to come!

Clean original finish fumed oak rocking chair. Made c1900, rich colored oak which has been properly cleaned & restored. Crest shows some darker colors which is the age and wood. Under each arm are nice formed corbels, seat has been redone in brown leatherette, made comfortable & can be taken out and recovered if wanted. Back is 36" high, 4 quarter sawn slats.

Massachusetts Deacon Bench, circa late 1800's, in old Blue Paint, with paint decorated crest of 3 fish, again in old paint. Side arms have been professionally restored. One single plank to a depth of 14", per illustrations. Measures 8 feet in length, 31" in height to top of crest. Depth of 18" total from front of plank to rear of crest. Wonderful provenance, from the estate of listed artist Marston Hodgin, who completed the paint decorated crest himself, without signature.
