Original incredibly detailed Victorian (c1870) cast iron stand. Dish top with disc of classic woman in center and detail throughout the casting until the edge. Dish top,14 1/2" , is supported by a tripod griffin base and claw feet. Three heads which probably had brass chain connecting to the top as there are small holes, would have been a classic swag.
