Magnificent Eighteenth Century Irish Display Cabinet circa 1800. Original Mirror and beveled glass on front and two sides (both are opening and lockable doors with original key). Upper and lower sections each have chamfered sides with stop fluting. Lower section has chamfering into the bracket feet. Original hardware. Older not original finish. Continental pine rent table with drawer c1750, with later top. Measures 32 inches high, 39 inches wide and 26 inches deep. The original drawer has an iron pull and large hand cut dovetails. Here we have a charming side chair that has hand carved detailing on the splat, knees and feet. It is Italian most likely, continental certainly, and dates to the late 18th century to early 19th century. My pictures will show the detailing and the expected wear and tear, and the little irregularities an early hand made piece will have. I consider the chair to be in very good condition for it's age, and it is stable. The back of the chair rises 39", upholstered only in muslin with tacks.

A fine Eighteenth Century German inlaid walnut commode, circa 1750. The top is decorated with a central field inlaid in a herringbone pattern framed with 3 outer borders. The serpentine case fitted with three long drawers with three reserves inlaid with diamond bands on a herringbone ground. Condition: Very good with fine color and patina. Dimensions: Height 35", Depth 25", Width 49".
