This pair of pierced Bombay Black wood chairs measures 36"x36"x40' deep. These chairs are nearly identical, obviously the same maker, to one pictured in Amir Jaffer's book FURNITURE FROM INDIA AND CEYLON. The chair is in the Victoria and Albert Museum.
