Elaborate English oak hall tree with carved masks c1875. Hand carved (not applied) carving detail depicting Lions heads, faces and baroque designs. Measures 88 and one half inches to the top of its removable crest, 49 inches wide, and 13 inches deep. The two doors open to 21 by 11 and one half inches. Excellent condition with original finish. Large carved oak server with lion masks and mirror-back hand carved oak server or sideboard c1885. All the carving on this piece was hand done and not applied. There are two divided light doors over a base with two lion carved drawers flanked by two doors. This piece was made in two parts. Measures 60 inches wide by 80 inches to the top of its crest 24 inches deep and 37 and one half inches to the top of its surface.
