This fabulous French oak bonnetiere is one of a matching pair that I have for sale. The doors are elaborately carved with a floral bouquet in high relief at the top, a carved musical composition in the center and carved overlapping circles around the door. The glass is beveled and the interior of the cabinet is lighted. It stands on curved feet. The side panels and the back of the cabinet are beveled, the corners are reeded. The bonnetiere measures 25" across, 20" deep and stands 85" high. ... Click for details

This fine secretaire Abattant measures 67 inches tall , 36½ across and 18¾ inches deep. It is made of mahogany, circa 1810. The interior of the Secetaire has a wonderful inlay. The middle compartment has a checkerboard bottom made from exotic woods. There are a few chips and cracks due to age. A condition report and further pictures will be provided upon request.
