A pair of small Louis XVI style candlesticks in white marble and ormolu with a short and rounded stem and a circular base in tiers. The candleholder is in ormolu with a frieze of leaves fited on the marble stem. The stem is also adorned with three roses garlands. The base is adorned with ormolu friezes of leaves too. Very good condition. Napoléon III Period, Circa: 1870. Dim: W: in - D: in - H: 5,9in.

A beautiful pair of old Sheffield candlesticks with original removable bobeches. What makes these so rare and superb are the period old Sheffield silver peg lamps with their original burners.
