This wonderful CDV of a beautiful little girl, posing with her favorite doll, was taken by C.W.BORAH. BORAH'S PHOTOGRAPH AND FINE ART GALLERY was located above DAVIDSON'S DRUG STORE in LANCASTER, OHIO. This outstanding photograph dates to c1870. ....LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! This is a very scarce 1880 $400 REWARD CDV of W. T. HANLEY, a WANTED MURDERER! The verso has a most interesting description of him. He is accused of murdering M. K. SHIVELEY, at CHAMBERSBURG, OHIO on DECEMBER 25, 1879. Notice that the reward has been DOUBLED TO $400.00, as he was considered extremely dangerous. Mr. Hanley is described as FEMININE IN APPEARANCE, and has TWO UPPER FRONT FALSE TEETH. Although 5'10" tall, he only weighed 130 pounds. He wore a size 6 boot.... Click for details

This MEDICAL STUDENT ID ADMISSION CARD was issued to SILAS H. RATHBONE for the 1846-7 SESSION OF THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF MEDICINE at THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK. This very early ELECTRO-GALVANIC GENERATOR was made by EUGENE W. BALL and SONS of SOUTH BERWICK, MAINE. It is in original, unused condition. There is a paper label still affixed to the belt. This outstanding belt is 35" long. It contains two "batteries." These discs are 2" in diameter and are each constructed of two different types of metal. This fantastic electric belt is still in its original box. The box is dated 1907. The price for this electric belt in 1907 was $3.00. It was made by THE ELECTRIC APPLIANCE COMPANY.
