This is a very good pair of fabric or paper scissors made in Germany in Solingen. This city is where the best knives and scissors are made. The scissors are two tone with portraits of Kaiser Wilhelm II and his wife Augusta surrounded by a foliate pattern in gold. The handles are gold and the blades are plated.
