Etruscan votive terracotta right foot. Late-Etruscan period, 2nd - 1st Century BC. Made in a mould and finished by modelling with knife, spatula and fingers. Hollow inside, with a venthole in the top part and in the base. Light pinkish-buff color clay containing some small white quartz fragments and tiny mica-particles. Height: 17.5 cm. Length: 22 cm. In excellent condition. Small professional and reversible restoration to the base below the heel. Ex Dutch private collection.

Roman basalt head of a young woman or goddess. Roman Syria, 1st - 2nd century AD. Both face and hair style clearly show Hellenizing influence. Minor ancient damage to one of the right side hair curls and to the diadem on top. Wonderful old surface patination all over. A few small recent chips to the base edge. No repairs, no restorations. Comes with custom stand. Height without stand: 27 cm. Ex German private collection.

Roman Period, 2nd 3rd Century AD. An interesting sandstone head of the god Bes. Nicely styled with glaring features and characteristic maneš and large, staring eyes. Small head-dress composed of a stylized solar disc and plumes. The back of the head is rough, where it was part of a wall or larger sculpture group.
