Iranian (Persia) COPPER-ware PITCHER with a foliated rim, long graduated spout and ornate handle. All hand-made with a minimal amount of decoration. Very strong, heavy and utilitarian! Nice patina, good condition. Height is 12.75 inches or 32.4 cms. and the diameter of the rim is 3.5" or 8.9 cms and the diameter of the shoulder is 6.4 inches or 16.2 cms. Circa: early 20th Century.

Large Iranian (PERSIA) COPPERware VESSEL with foliate rim, narrow neck, wide body and base and strong handle. Originally hand-made and used by the nomadic tribes of Iran to milk camels and goats! No decoration except a few rings where the neck joins the body. Wonderful patina and a few shallow dings (see pix #3) as to be expected with an antique piece that was used for what it was made! Large Persian (IRAN) COPPER-ware VESSEL used by nomadic tribes to milk camels. No decoration other than the hammer marks when the vessel was hand-made. Large mouth, narrow neck, wide body and base with a beautifully curved strong sturdy handle. Nice patina. Good condition. Height is 14 inches (35.5 cms) diameter of mouth is 8.5 inches or 21.6 cms. Iranian or Persian COPPER VESSEL originally used by the nomadic tribes in Iran for gathering goat's milk, this beautifully shaped 90% pure copper vessel has a foliate rim, narrow neck, sturdy handle and broad base, all hand-made. Large baluster shaped COPPER VESSEL with handle with paisley handmade designs around the body (see pix #3 for detail) suitable for holding kindling next to the fireplace! Condition is good, but one rivet is a bit loose, (see pix #4) otherwise in good condition. Height is 15.75 inches or 40 cms. and the diameter at the top is 12.5 inches or 31.7 cms.
