This is a wonderful plique a jour enamel scalloped dish. It is 8 inches in diameter at the widest part and one inch tall. It is well decorate with a multi-color border. The decoration consists of a flower in the center and birds flowers and more beds on the sides. It is in excellent condition with no damage. It has some wear the top of the plate. I am not sure about the age, but I think late 19th, early 20th century.
