A celadon color nephrite jade archers ring with rust colored highlights dating from no later than the late Qing Dynasty, circa 1840-1900. It could well be much older. One end is flat and the other has the usual smooth rounded form typical of these rings. The ring measures 1 1/16" outside diameter and is 15/16" diameter inside diameter (that translates to 12 1/2 USA ring size) – it is 1" high. A creamy white jade "bi" pendant with natural mottled brown and amber coloration. The shape is not a flat disc (bi) but of a rounded disc shape and comes with a blue glass melon bead (of the period). The jade has very attractive, complex patterns and a beautiful patina that has developed through the centuries.
