This is a wonderful small Ginger jar. It is about 3 1/2" tall. It has survived a century with no damage. It has been stored away. It has heavy enamel overglaze decorations in traditional Canton style. The bottom mark was used at the turn of the last century for export ware. It has two handpainted scenes. Because of its size it is very collectible. This type of food service rare can no longer be found on the primary market shelves. I purchased this one about 35 years ago.
